2 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

• Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your nabu88 account are legally obtained and belong to you personally. nabu88 does not knowingly accept funds derived from illegal activity. Suspected money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended.
• Inactive Account Fees: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. nabu88 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the player's registered email address.

3 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

nabu88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including a welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. • Abuse & Bonus Fraud: nabu88 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing only low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; and colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering turnover. Where bonus abuse is detected, nabu88 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings generated from the bonus, and suspend the account.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, the maximum amount that may be converted from bonus funds to withdrawable cash is capped at 5× the original bonus amount.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim period, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated completion window, will expire without compensation. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• Right to Withdraw or Amend: nabu88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated with reasonable notice. 4 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

Before your account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method.
• nabu88-Initiated Closure: nabu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent or abusive activity; provision of false registration information; money laundering or activity that may constitute a criminal offence; or any other conduct that nabu88 deems to be contrary to the integrity of the platform.
• Forfeiture on Closure for Breach: Where an account is closed by nabu88 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus balances, free bet credits, and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are unconnected to any fraudulent activity may be returned at nabu88's discretion following a full review.

7 Intellectual Property

11 General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nabu88 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
• No Waiver: nabu88's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of nabu88 to be effective.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without nabu88's prior written consent. nabu88 may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any successor entity or affiliate without restriction.
• Language: These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the authoritative version. Any translation is provided for convenience only and does not form part of this Agreement.
